Mark Greenway's HR Experience

Mark Greenway is currently working as a UK-funded Adviser within OPSM.  We have been asked about his previous experience.  This is summarised below.

1973 -1987:  Various Management roles in Local Government Authorities in Australia

Also acted as Senior Union Official in Municipal Officers Association.

1980:  Awarded Graduate Diploma in Business Studies

1987 – 1988:  Australian Federal Government - Associate to a Federal Arbitration and Conciliation Commissioner,

1987:  Awarded Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management 

1988 -1996:  Fosters Brewing Group -  Various Human Resources Management roles

1997 – 2000:  Simpson International (UK) Ltd - International Human Resources Manager

2000 – 2002:  Honeywell Transportation Systems - Human Resources Manager

2002 – 2005:  Honeywell Holt Lloyd - International Human Resources Director

2005 – 2008:  Bombardier Transportation -Human Resources Director

2008 – 2009:  Human Resources Director - Prinovis Liverpool


2009:  Awarded Postgraduate Diploma in the Psychology of Organisational Change

2009 – date:  Employee Relations Manager, Child Maintenance Enforcement Commission (approx 7000 employees).  Currently on loan to TCIG via DfID.
